Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Crest & Cove, we are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • It was purchased directly from the Crest & Cove website.

  • It is unused and in its original condition.

  • It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).

  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • A clear and complete unboxing video is provided (mandatory for all return, exchange, and refund claims).

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any return, exchange, refund, damaged, defective, or missing item claim:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label, packaging condition, and the product inside.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product is not working as intended.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with price.

  • Incorrect product ordered by mistake.

  • Minor variations in color or appearance.

  • Delays caused by courier partners.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect item delivered

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at papercuts0912@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Provide a clear unboxing video and supporting photos (if required).

If an exchange is approved:

  • Customers must place a new order for the replacement item.

  • We will then authorize the return of the previously delivered product.

Exchange approval is subject to product availability.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will guide you through the return process.

  • If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it may not be accepted.

Return shipping instructions will be shared once the claim is reviewed and approved.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with pricing

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Requests made without a valid unboxing video

  • Used or damaged products after delivery


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our standard return policy will apply.

Important Note

For any return, exchange, or refund claim, a clear unboxing video is compulsory. Claims without proper video evidence will not be processed.
